Home / Who we work with

From a two-hundred-suite tower to a single front door.

The same discipline applies whether the drawings come from an architect or the request comes from a strata council: understand what the building needs to do, design for it, and specify it so it can be built and maintained.

New construction

Multi-family

Towers and low-rises from drawings to occupancy — reviewed, specified and checked alongside the electrical contractor, the hardware consultant and the schedule.

On a new build the value is in sequencing: cable in the walls when the walls are open, devices in when the finishes allow, commissioning done before the first resident needs a fob. We work from the drawings and the door schedule, attend the coordination meetings, and produce the closeout package the property manager will still be using in ten years.

Retrofit

Strata & HOA

Planning the replacement of systems that have aged out — what to keep, what to replace, how to tender it — in buildings that stay occupied.

A strata replaces a system because it has become unsupportable, not because it wants to. The job is to move from the old to the new without a night where the entry does not work — reusing pathways where they are sound, staging the cut-over, and giving council a plain-language document they can put in front of owners.

Commercial

Office buildings

Tenant improvements, suite access, cameras and networks specified so the fit-out contractor builds what the tenant actually needs.

Offices need control over suite doors and after-hours access, camera coverage that respects staff, and a network for security devices that stays off the business network. Most of it happens during a tenant improvement, when the ceiling is open and the timeline is short.

Residential

Homes

Cameras, entry and networking designed to be simple to live with and easy to hand to the next owner.

A home system should be understood by the people living in it and by whoever buys the house next. We keep the number of systems down, document everything, and design for the day the homeowner has forgotten how it works.

Residential

Luxury homes

Security, entry and network infrastructure designed alongside the architect and interior designer, and specified to the standard of the finishes around them.

On a significant home, the low-voltage design is part of the architecture. Keypads land where the designer intended, equipment is concealed and still serviceable, and the wiring is planned for what the house might want in fifteen years, not just at handover. We work with the design team from the plans onward.
